Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for Beginner Part Two
Last week, Fighting Insider posted five basic Brazilian Jiu Jitsu moves for those who want to learn the technique. This week, Fighting Insider is bringing another set of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu moves courtesy of Aaron Fruitstone.
Aaron Fruitstone is a sixth degree Tae Kwon Do black belt, as well as a Martial Arts instructor and competitor. He started his training under Master Mel Steiner in 1982. Aaron Fruitstone has written featured articles in Black Belt Magazine, and was featured in the film “Inner Peace”. He is the current wellness director of International Ch’ang Hon Taekwon-do Federation or ICTF.
